a retirement, educational and adoption sanctuary for Retiring Racing Greyhounds.

The Sanctuary, which currently houses a small kennel and a network of greyhound foster homes, when expanded, will be the centerpiece of a 50 acre, headquarters for the Florida Greyhound Sanctuary and its Alliance of Greyhound Caretakers within and outside the State of Florida.

An Alliance of Greyhound caretakers joining together expressing their mutual love and care of the greyhounds, respecting each other's point of view and working together, within those points of view for the benefit of all retired racing Greyhounds in the State of Florida.

The Sanctuary headquarters will be located in Central Florida, with Alliance Offices around the state. The Main Sanctuary will be a Showcase Retirement, Educational and Adoption Center with the following facilities available to any alliance group.

Adoption and Rehabilitation Center

Florida Greyhound Medical Surgery and Health Care Center

The PRISCILLA ELKINS Foster Home Residences
which will provide housing for the Handicapped, Foster Care Residents and their Greyhound Companions

The GREYHOUND TELEMARKETING Center
featuring a nationwide network of telemarketers adopting and promoting grehound's as companions and family members.

The VOICE OF THE GREYHOUND Productions
a Greyhound Video Production and Distribution Center

The SIM MEDIA Center
A television media buying center

The Florida Greyhound Library, Museum and Resource Center

and The Shops at the Greyhound Sanctuary
an upscale shopping and dining marketplace for Visitors

As the sole founding partner of the Florida Greyhound Sanctuary, the National Greyhound Foundation is playing the lead roll in spearheading charitable initiatives and Funding aimed at supporting Retired Racing Greyhounds for all Florida Greyhounds, and through the Sanctuary, promote the positive image of Retired Racing Greyhounds as loving companions and family members.
